The book explores the transformative impact of digital technologies, legal developments, and innovation on global commerce.

The volume addresses rapid digital expansion in platforms, AI, blockchain, fintech, e-commerce, and other emerging technologies, examining legal challenges such as data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, competition, digital taxation, consumer protection, and cross-border transactions. It aims to provide multidisciplinary perspectives and promote innovative regulatory approaches fostering technological innovation alongside protection of rights and market fairness.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract word limit: 250-300 words (without personal details).
- Manuscript word limit: not to exceed 3500 words.
- Cover letter must include personal and institutional affiliations.
- Manuscripts should be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12 (body), 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment; footnotes font size 10, 1.0 line spacing; headings font size 14, bold and underlined.
- Footnotes to conform to JILI citation format
- Submit abstracts only in .doc or .docx format.
- Maximum of three authors per manuscript.
- No plagiarism over 20%; manuscripts shall be free of grammatical and spelling errors.
- Initial submission of abstract only; full manuscript submission upon acceptance.

- Email the original unpublished abstract (.doc/.docx) with “Name of the Author(s)_Title of the Abstract” as the subject line.
- Include a cover letter with personal details.

Format
The book will be printed with an ISBN number.
Fees
There is no publication fee. Hard copies will be chargeable if opted by the authors.
