The horrific and unexpected incident on 16 Dec. 2012 in National Capital of India took away the life of Brave Heart innocent girl Damini who died after a brutal gang rape in a moving public transport. She might have dreamt of a successful career in medical profession in India, the country she loves but  her  unfortunate dark night took away every single dream from her. And the whole nation on the next morning stood for her, praying for her , and some where every parent of a girl child was worried about the safety of their loving daughters.

But Dear Damini , the” BETTI ”  of our country lost her life and exposed the deplorable state of women  safety in India and. LAWS which are there  in legislation are just dead letters. Thus the positive thing which evolved  from this unfortunate incident is the AMENDMENT OF CRIMINAL LAWS  for the safety of women. And CRIMINAL LAW (AMENDMENT) BILL  2013 has been passed in parliament within  three months.

[quote]Delhi BRAVE HEART figures in UNITED NATION on WOMEN’S DAY by U.N Secretary General Ban Ki – Moon[quote]

Thus, atrocities , injustice, inequality, disrespect is not what a women deserve …RIGHT TO LIVE WITH DIGNITY IS HER FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT as guaranteed by The Constitution of India in Article 21 Protection of life and liberty.
