The Tamil Nadu Legal Rights Consortium (TNLRC) is organising a webinar titled “Women, Work, and Rights: Why Gender Equality Is a Core Business Responsibility.” This session aims to explore the intersection of gender, employment, and legal protections, emphasising why gender equality is not only a social mandate but also a crucial responsibility for businesses.
