NLST to Organise National Virtual Moot Court Competition 2026
The Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST), a registered non-profit organisation committed to making justice accessible to all, has announced the NLST National Virtual Moot Court Competition 2026. The competition will be conducted entirely in virtual mode from 27 February to 1 March 2026.
The moot court competition focuses on the intersection of new criminal laws and constitutional principles, offering participants an opportunity to analyse evolving issues related to due process, rights of the accused and victims, evidentiary standards, procedural irregularities, and the role of the judiciary in interpreting modern criminal legislation. The proposition invites nuanced engagement with constitutional safeguards, circumstantial evidence, and electronic evidence within the framework of criminal justice administration.

The competition will consist of memorial evaluation followed by oral rounds:
