The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD) under the Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT) at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, is organizing an Advanced Certificate Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.
With the enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2026, India’s corporate insolvency framework has shifted toward a more streamlined, creditor-driven ecosystem.
