About the Organisation
Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, publishes the RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review (RFMLR), a bi-annual, student-run, double-blind peer-reviewed law journal established in 2014. RFMLR focuses on business and commercial laws and is indexed on SCC Online, Hein Online, and Manupatra. It is ranked among the top 10 most accessed law school journals by SCC Online. The Editorial Board collaborates with legal experts and promotes research in commercial law.
About the Call
The RFMLR Editorial Board invites blog submissions on various business and commercial law areas including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, insolvency, banking and insurance, capital markets, dispute resolution and ADR, international trade, investment funds, labour and employment, taxation, intellectual property, real estate, technology, media and telecommunication, white-collar crimes, and other contemporary issues in financial and mercantile law.
About the RFMLR Blog
The RFMLR Blog provides a platform to express novel ideas and analyze contemporary issues in business and commercial law. It includes open theme submissions as well as theme-specific blog series. Recent themes included competition law, intellectual property rights, digital commerce and fintech law, corporate governance, telecom law, and aviation law. RFMLR also partnered with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for a blog series followed by a panel discussion on competition law.
Submission Guidelines

- Co-authorship limited to a maximum of two authors.
- Submissions can include articles, opinions, case comments, short notes, and critiques of existing academic research.
- Word count should be between 1300 and 1600 words, excluding endnotes. Longer works may be divided into multi-part posts.
- Submissions must contain hyperlinks within the manuscript body instead of footnotes or endnotes.
- Manuscripts must be submitted via the Google Form linked on the RFMLR website.
