About ADRg:

The ADR Group is the oldest provider of Mediation services and training in Europe and has an active panel of 300 Mediators across the United Kingdom. This programme draws on their enormous  depth of knowledge and experience to bring the best in Mediation education. ADR Group’s educational programmes are practically orientated and focussed on equipping you with the skills you need to perform well at Mediation either as a representative or as a Mediator – and leads to ADR Group Accredited Mediator Status.

About the Course:

This  programme  provides  detailed  and  comprehensive tuition for students and professionals  seeking  to  acquire core mediation skills. Completing and passing NLUD’s ADRg  Mediator  Training  Course  will enable you to become a fully accredited Mediator meeting  European standards in Mediation.

Who should attend this course?

The Civil and Commercial Mediator Training Programme  is  essential  for  professionals wanting to practice as a Mediator. The skills obtained  form  part  of  an  essential  management tool-kit for:

Law  Students  looking  to  widen  their horizons in mediation advocacy.
Professionals  with  responsibility  for resolving disputes
Legal  professionals  –  Private  Practice
Advocates
Why Mediation?

Mediation  is  touted  to  be  one  of  the most  preferred  ways  of  dispute  resolution  in  the  near future,  with  burgeoning  pressures  on  the  judicial system.  There  is  currently  a  dearth  of quality  Mediation  education  in  the country  keeping  in  mind  the  growth of Mediation around the world.

Why this course?

This  is  one  of  the  first  courses  in the  country  on  Mediation  being taught  to  law  students  and young  professionals  by the  ADR  Group,  one  of  the  oldest providers  of  mediation  services across  the  United  Kingdom,  in collaboration  with  National  Law University, Delhi.

Qualifying as an accredited mediator with the ADR  Group would usually cost £3000 (approx. Rs. 2,85,000.) This course offers exactly the same qualification with professional trainers from UK and USA at a fraction of that cost.

Those who complete the course successfully will be eligible for practicing as a mediator in the UK and the USA. The course  provides practical  global exposure through regular mock sessions, continuous feedback and  real world examples.

Benefits of this course

Following  successful  completion  of  the course,  you  will  be  awarded  with  the  title  of an  ADR  Group  Accredited  Mediator,  with recognition  from  the  USA,  Law  Society  of England  and  Wales  and  The  General  Council of  the  Bar.  This  international  accreditation makes a successful participant eligible to become  a  practicing  Mediator  in  the  United Kingdom and the United States.
