- Daily exposure to proceedings at Madras High Court, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT).
- Practical training in drafting pleadings, grounds of appeal, and related document preparation.
- Active learning through direct interaction with advocates and partners focusing on case preparation, client management, and procedural strategies.

- Should be punctual, proactive, and genuinely interested in pursuing a career in litigation.
