About the Center
The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at National Law University Delhi designs and conducts certificate, diploma, and postgraduate courses on transnational comparative commercial law and practice. It also organizes seminars, conferences, workshops, debates, discussions, clinics, and trainings.
The Centre liaises with institutions, professionals, NGOs, governments, public authorities, industry, and corporates for consultancy, research, and project-related work.
About the Opportunity
CTCL is inviting applications for the position of Research & Teaching Associate. The position involves supporting the Centre’s courses, research projects, publications, and activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate the open and distance learning courses, which primarily run on weekends.
- Provide research support for ongoing projects and related tasks.
- Research and compile information on specific areas and topics.
- Assist with documentation and the preparation of project reports and Centre publications.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for the Centre’s activities.
Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a degree in law, such as an LLB, LLM, or PhD.
- Applicants must have one year of post-qualification academic or professional experience.
- Applicants must possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Duration and Nature of Appointment
This is a full-time contractual appointment for one year. The appointment may be extended subject to project requirements and performance.
Mode and Location
The position is full-time and based at the National Law University Delhi campus at Dwarka, Sector 14, New Delhi – 110078.

Salary
- Consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000 per month.
- 10% TDS deduction will apply.
- Remuneration is subject to the availability of CTCL funds.
