About the Opportunity
Clove Legal is inviting applications for multiple Associate positions in its Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft, assess, analyse, negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate transactions and agreements relating to mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, collaborations, licensing, leasing, partnerships and strategic alliances.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate laws, real estate law, employment laws and related areas.
- Client-service experience.
- Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritise and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
- Valid licence to practise law.
