About the Opportunity
Wadia Ghandy & Co. is looking for an Associate with 2–3 years PQE to join their Mumbai office, with experience in general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
Eligibility Criteria
2–3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
