About the Opportunity
The Directorate of Enforcement has invited applications for the post of Additional Director of Enforcement on a deputation basis. The appointment is open to eligible officers from Central and State Governments, Union Territory Administrations and specified public and autonomous organisations.

Eligibility Criteria
Officers from the following organisations are eligible, subject to the prescribed conditions:

- Central Government or State Government
- Union Territory Administrations
- Public Sector Undertakings
- Universities
- Recognised research institutions
- Semi-Government organisations
- Autonomous bodies
- Statutory organisations
Candidates must:
- Hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- Have five years of regular service in the pre-revised PB-3 of ₹15,600–39,100 with Grade Pay of ₹7,600, corresponding to Pay Matrix Level-12 (₹78,800–2,09,200) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Experience Required
Applicants must possess 12 years of experience, including:
- Eight years in intelligence or investigation work and adjudication or prosecution work relating to fiscal or criminal laws, or in finance, accounts or corporate affairs; and
- Four years in administrative work.
Nature of Appointment
The post is offered on a deputation basis.
