- Act as the primary point of contact with police, unions, and law enforcement agencies
- Handle operational legal issues, investigations, and public order situations
- Manage real-time escalations and incident responses
- Ensure legal compliance and proper documentation
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Corporate Affairs teams
