The Delhi District Court Bar Association on Monday called of its day-long strike when Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad assured them that the matter will be addressed in the winter session of Parliament. The Law Commission chairperson A,P Shah recommends three changes in his note to Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. The Law Commission recommends that the Chief Justice of India should get a fixed tenure of two years in case their tenure as CJI is less than two years.
