M.A. (Mediation & Conflict Resolution) 2025
About the Programme:
The M.A. (Mediation and Conflict Resolution) is introduced to equip working professionals with an array of skills and expertise in the world of dispute resolution, as conflict is an inevitable element of our life and work. Regardless of one’s professional calling, Mediation can be a significant game changer in dealing with life issues. With the skill sets it promises, the post-graduate program will bolster participants’ social and professional standings and make them more valuable personnel to the organizations and brands they represent. We have designed a highly professional program structure and syllabus that will touch on almost every aspect of mediation, conflict management, and resolution.
Total Number of Seats:
The total number of seats is 30. However, the University reserves the right to alter the number of seats for the program in a given academic year without prior notice.
Note: Reservation as per Maharashtra Government Rules.
Eligibility:
A degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in May/June 2025 are also eligible to apply.
Admission Timeline:
Last Date for Submitting Application Form: October 5, 2025
The release of shortlisted candidates and the date of commencement of the program will be communicated shortly.
Fees and Payment Details:
The fees for the full two-year program are ₹1,20,000. The program fees are inclusive of admission fees, tuition fees, and library fees. It does not include lodging and boarding charges for the compulsory 06-days contact classes which shall be held at the MNLU, Powai, Mumbai campus.
The program fees may be paid in two installments. The admission fee of ₹15,000 is non-refundable.
If the candidate decides to opt out of the program after paying the admission fee of ₹15,000 and the first installment of ₹45,000 towards the program fees, then only ₹45,000 shall be refundable in full, if notified within 7 days of payment. However, after 7 days of such payment, no refund shall be made. The request for a refund is to be made by sending an email at mamediation25@mnlumumbai.edu.in.
Fees Structure:
