About the Course
Legal Drafting and Research are the two crucial pillars on which foundation of legal practice is based and it is imperative for any legal practitioner to learn and hone his drafting and research skills from time to time. The Course on Legal Drafting and Research is designed by lawyers and legal professionals for law students and law graduates.
This course will teach you the rules and principles of legal drafting and along with that there will be an in depth training on drafting specific documents like legal notice, agreements, plaint, written statement, consumer complaint, writ petition and many other documents.

Module 10: Tools of legal research
Assessment:
The students will be given two assignments in between the course and one final subjective examination will be conducted online.
