It is a secular, non-government organization, registered with the government and recognized by Government agencies, dedicated to empower poor and disadvantaged residents of rural Tamil Nadu to improve the quality of lives. RIDE works to eliminate child labor, promote economic and social justice for women, provide essential medical and educational services, and cultivate economic opportunity throughout the Kanchipuram region.

LOCATION: Tamil Nadu

DURATION: 1 month full time or 3 months part time.

WHO CAN APPLY: Any Indian students can apply.

STIPENDS: No

ACCOMODATION: Only transport during the program as well as lunch will be provided.

CERTIFICATE: A letter of recognition work will be provided to the students for their work  on completion of the program.

PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP: The purpose of our Young Indian Internship Scheme is to give Indian students an opportunity to be exposed to the running of a grass roots NGO (non-government organization) while providing them with the opportunity to contribute to a project and gain insight into rural communities in India. It aims to inspire, motivate, and educate students so that they take something away from the experience and pursue their future goals with an open mind.
