The Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies (CIBS) at National Law University, Jodhpur, in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), is organizing the Fourth NLUJ-IBBI Online Certificate Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, 2026 under the theme “Beyond a Decade: The IBC in Transition”.

This 6-day flagship certificate course brings together top policymakers, practitioners, insolvency professionals, regulators, and academicians to examine the evolution, key reforms, and modern practical dynamics of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

  1. Certificate of Participation: Issued to participants attending at least 70% of all live sessions.

  2. Certificate of Merit: Awarded to participants securing a cumulative score of 75% or above in the continuous MCQ evaluations.

Specific Eligibility Criteria for Internship Opportunities:

• Must be currently enrolled in an LL.B. (5-Year / 3-Year) or LL.M. program, OR have graduated with an LL.B./LL.M. in 2025 or 2026.

• Age limit: Between 18 and 26 years. (Note: Non-eligible participants can still register and complete the course for certification).
