Eligibility Criteria

- PQE of 3 to 5 Years.
- Experience in drafting technology-related commercial contracts.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) (including FDI and ODI regulations), and other allied corporate and commercial laws.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS, and AI offerings.
- Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
