IAMR Law College, Ghaziabad, is inviting submissions for its National Conference on Protective Laws for Women, scheduled to be held on 5 April 2025. The conference aims to encourage scholarly discussions on the effectiveness, challenges, and future directions of legal frameworks designed to protect women in India.
The conference seeks to bring together students, researchers, academicians, legal professionals, and policymakers to examine how protective laws operate in practice and how they can be strengthened to ensure justice and gender equality.
About the Conference
Protective laws play a crucial role in addressing gender-based discrimination and safeguarding women’s rights in society. Despite several legislative measures, many challenges persist in implementation, awareness, and access to justice.
