Hiring: Drafting Counsel – VNS Chambers, New Delhi
VNS Chambers is looking for a Drafting Counsel to work on high-impact litigation and arbitration matters in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. This is a chance to be deeply involved in drafting, research, case strategy, and courtroom preparation with a respected legal practice.
Role Highlights:
🔹 Draft writ petitions, SLPs, civil & criminal appeals, review/curative petitions, contempt matters, CMs, rejoinders, submissions and argument notes.
🔹 Prepare Statements of Claim/Defence and related arbitration pleadings.
🔹 Conduct advanced legal research on complex issues of constitutional, commercial and procedural law.
🔹 Work closely on case strategy and preparation for conferences or hearings.
What They’re Looking For:
✔ 2–3 years’ strong drafting experience in litigation & arbitration.
✔ Excellent research and analytical skills.
✔ Solid grasp of pleadings before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
✔ Ability to draft clearly and independently.
💡 Shortlisted candidates will be tested on drafting and research.
Location: South & Central Delhi (office-based).
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience, drafting quality and legal insight.
