About the Course
This is a 6-day certificate course on Mediation for Family Disputes conducted by the Centre for Mediation & Research, Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.
Family dispute resolution needs tremendous resilience and emotional strength. Such disputes have to be handled carefully, and with utmost patience. The objective of this training is to equip persons dealing with family disputes to develop the techniques, the skills and the mental make-up required to deal with complex family matters.
This course shall benefit lawyers, advocates, family finance professionals, mediators, and counsellors practicing in family courts, testamentary matters, property matters, child-parenting dispute issues, and such others
