DAY 1: CYBER LAW:

Conceptual understanding of Cyber Wrongs – Civil and Criminal, Legal aspects relating to corporate responsibility for cyber wrongs, investigation, inquiry and trial of cybercrimes, Civil matters adjudication, Data and privacy protection, Evidentiary issues from legal perspective

DAY 2: CYBER FORENSICS:

Technical understanding of digital evidence, Sources and types of digital evidence, Difference between volatile and non-volatile evidence, Seizing & Imaging – I , Acquisitions of hard disk connecting via write blocker, Creating bit stream forensics copy using software and/or Hardware write blocker and Hands on practical sessions

DAY 3: CYBER FORENSICS:

Seizing & Imaging – I: acquisitions of virtual machine, Live Acquisition: Volatile evidence collection such as capture running processes, network connection status, bare minimum evidentiary files collections, RAM Dump on various operating systems and Hands on practical sessions and previewing digital evidence of the live systematic
