The Supreme Court sets an exclusive CBI Court for holding regular day-to-day proceedings of coal bock allocation scam. Additional sessions judge Bharat Parashar is appointed by SC to preside over this Court.
A bench headed by Chief Justice RM Lodha also restrained any other Court in India from entertaining any issue pertaining to this scam except Supreme Court. The Apex Court in turn of events also transferred all such pending cases in any Courts before Special Court.
