ABOUT THE LAW JOURNAL
The Banthia Law Journal (ISBN NUMBER 978-935258-240-2) is an international law review journal whose primary purpose is to publish a journal of legal enormity. The Firm published its first volume of Journal in November,2015 on the subject of Property Law. Aside from serving as an important academic forum for legalscholarship, the review has two other goals. First, the journal is designed to be an effective research tool for practicing lawyers, academicians and law students. Second, it provides review members to develop their own editing and writing skills. The Journal publishes articles by professors, judges, and practitioners, legal experts and students. All articles are subjected to a rigorous editorial process designed to sharpen and strengthen substance and tone.
This journal is being published with the objective of providing a platform for students, jurists, academicians, research scholars and legal practitioners to express their views on topics of contemporary significance in law and allied fields. We solicit contribution in the form of articles. All contributions submitted to the Journal should be original and should not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere. Please note that the journal will only be published online. Co-authorship of a maximum three authors is allowed.

Since the firm is an internationally acclaimed firm and is engaged in international expansion, the theme of the Volume II of the Journal is “Emerging Aspects in the field of International Law.”

CATEGORIES OF SUBMISSION
The submission will take place in a single category which is a scholarly Article, word limit for the same is limited to 3000-5000 words including citations.
Submissions should include: Abstracts (300 words excluding author’s/authors’ profile and in .doc or .docx format) Article (3000-5000 words) A brief profile of the author(s) indicating the title of the paper, name(s) of the co-author(s), affiliation(s), Telephone numbers and email address(es) and official address. The title page is to be attached with the abstract and article both.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
All the interested participants are required to submit their Abstracts (300 words excluding author’s/authors’ profile) on or before 31th August 2017 in the form of email (in .doc or .docx format) at [email protected] It must be accompanied by a brief profile of the author(s) indicating his/her email ID, contact number and official address.
Co-authorship of a maximum three authors is allowed. Articles (3000-5000 words) should be submitted on or before 31st September 2015 (in.doc or .docx format) through email at banthialawfir[email protected]
Margin– papers must have 1.5-line spacing, font size 12 in “Times New Roman” and all margins: 1.5 inches (left) and 1 inch (top, right and bottom).
Length– Article should be maximum of 5000 words (including references, attachments, tables and graphical information).
Tables– Must be placed as part of the text. DO NOT attach tables at the end of the paper.
Software– Paper must be submitted in MS Word form ONLY.
Title of paper– Written in uppercase, bold, size 14 and centred.
Author/s– Name, address, email and contact number of all authors, font size 12, Times New Roman.
Abstract– Maximum 300 words in “Times New Roman” font size 12.
Footnoting– Footnoting should be done strictly according to 19th Bluebook edition. Font “Times New Roman”, Size 10, Line-Spacing 1.
Submissions must be made no later than the 31st September, 2017 by 12 p.m. Any submission after the prescribed date will not be taken into consideration and will further be disqualified.
