Why Mediation?
Mediation is touted to be one of the most preferred ways of dispute resolution in the near future, with burgeoning pressures on the judicial system. There is currently a dearth of quality Mediation education in the country keeping in mind the growth of Mediation around the world.
Why this course?
This is one of the first courses in the country on Mediation being taught to law students and young professionals by the ADR Group, one of the oldest providers of mediation services across the United Kingdom, in collaboration with National Law University, Delhi.
Qualifying as an accredited mediator with the ADR Group would usually cost £3000 (approx. Rs. 2,85,000.) This course offers exactly the same qualification with professional trainers from UK and USA at a fraction of that cost.
Those who complete the course successfully will be eligible for practicing as a mediator in the UK and the USA. The course provides practical global exposure through regular mock sessions, continuous feedback and real world examples.
Benefits of this course
Following successful completion of the course, you will be awarded with the title of an ADR Group Accredited Mediator, with recognition from the USA, Law Society of England and Wales and The General Council of the Bar. This international accreditation makes a successful participant eligible to become a practicing Mediator in the United Kingdom and the United States.
