And as the author has clearly highlighted, the book sheds light on the reality that courts categorically don’t have the final decision in most matters. The author has exquisitely compiled and scrutinized the cases in demonstrating the ‘iterative game of action-response-rejoinder’ between the institutions of Parliament, Government and the Judiciary.
